We have combined Fullers Earth & Bentonite clay with Licorice Root, Green Tea Extract, Juniper Berries, Calendula & Astragalus Root in this toning facial treatment that will leave your skin feeling refreshed. Our gentle yet effective formula helps eliminate toxins, absorb excess oil, smooth & exfoliate. Specifically formulated for oily & acneic skin. **Vegan**
To use: Blend 1-2 teaspoons of our mask with water, milk or yogurt to form a paste. Apply to your face, careful not to get the mask into your eyes. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes then rinse with warm water.
Why dry? We have a couple of reasons for leaving our botanical facial masks dry.
First, to allow you to choose your own mixer. Water works great as a mixer. Our non-vegan customers may prefer to use cow milk, goat milk or yogurt as a mixer - to enjoy the exfoliating benefits of the lactic acid (an alpha-hydroxy acid).
Second, many face masks come pre-mixed with water. Water can make up 50-60% of the weight of the mask which means you're paying for mostly water.
